ABOUT US
We
are a friendly church in which to gather for worship and fellowship. Our
church is committed to the spiritual growth of all of its members; we
encourage continued study, prayer and fellowship in small groups, and
through youth and adult education. Our outreach program includes a forum for
prospective members to explore their Christian faith while making the choice
to join this or any Christian church. Members of Prospect demonstrate their
faith through local and global mission programs with hands on participation
and financial support. Our services offer both traditional and contemporary
worship experiences in a casual comfortable environment. |

OUR SENIOR PASTOR |
|
 Pastor Joe Preacher considers
good preaching to be an essential part of worship. The sermon must impart a
vision, a sense of urgency, and an expectation of spiritual growth. It must
be relevant, believable, practical, and abundantly alive. He believes
church administration is also very important. A good planning process and a
vigorous approach to review and evaluation is essential. These efforts are
not only tools of effectiveness; they are elements of faithfulness. He and
his wife, Sally Ann, have three children ranging in ages from 15 to 21.
Originally from New Jersey, they have lived in Fishers since 1989. |

A BRIEF STATEMENT OF WHAT
WE BELIEVE |
|
We believe the Bible to be
inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons:
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in
His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death
through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the
right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by
the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling
the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: of them
that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and of them that are lost unto
the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
