A new Divorced Christians Small Group is
forming at Fishers United Methodist Church this fall. Divorce is becoming more
and more a part of the lives of those who attend our congregations and it can
be a difficult time for those it touches. The Divorced Christians Small group
will be a way for those who have gone through divorce or who are presently
going through the process to connect with others who share similar concerns,
worries or circumstances. The group will meet twice per month for fellowship,
study, and prayer in a very relaxed format. The first meeting will take place
on Thursday, September 6 at 7:00 pm in Room #278
on the second floor of the Family Life Center. It will continue to meet on the
1st and 3rd Thursday of each month and individuals can join the group at any
time. Child care will be available upon request.
